Gosh, I have a new found hatred and anger again after this apology post. No apology to Huxley. SHe also is lying about the amount of money they made off of Huxley. SHe said it in her "Cash Crush" video how much they make per number of videos. Almost all their videos are of Huxley. I can't.

Many of us were bullied from day one posting about Huxley’s safety! Bravo to you for speaking out!

Strength in numbers. We were called "trolls" when we were legitimately asking where Huxley was. Deleted and blocked but did not give up. Kudos to all.

Tomorrow is Huxley's birthday. We need to find him!!!
I was talking to a Chinese living here and she told me that this scandal is all over the news in China. People are angry. The Chinese state media is aware. Huxley is a US citizen now so I dont know if China can do anything.
I feel like Huxley had been taken away, contrary to what out there.

They are all over the news and now more than ever,it is insinuated that their intentions were sinister. OMG

Oh wow. I did not know about CNN etc. but I know about the others. I actually tweeted a writer requesting to spread the word and she said she sent my request to Insider magazine. They will do a follow up.
There are also a lot of reaction videos on YouTube condemning them. People are angry. A few defended them saying that it is good they recognize their inability to take care of the kid. Her Instagram followers increased because I guess people are waiting for her next move.

    So statement from their lawyers-

In coming to know our clients we know they are a loving family and are very caring parents that would do anything for their children," their legal team said in a statement published by People. "Since his adoption, they consulted with multiple professionals in the healthcare and educational arenas in order to provide Huxley with the best possible treatment and care. Over time, the team of medical professionals advised our clients it might be best for Huxley to be placed with another family."

    Is this true? Or possible?

I am conflicted still and in shock.

I really don't know how to respond, either. We technically know Huxley's status now, but at the same time, we really don't. We don't get to follow him anymore. And to be honest, it's really going to bother me if the Stauffers are still able to maintain their followings like nothing ever happened. Again, I know it's their livelihood, but it's intertwined with their personal lives and they chose that.

I know this wasn't the outcome you hoped for, nor was it mine; it was really hard to follow his adoption story and then have it end up like this. I remember you mentioned that you donated to their GoFundMe to bring him home. It's clear that you truly cared about him, and I'm so sorry. :(

Thank you. I have supported them since they started their adoption journey, donated, bought whatever Myka promoted, loved and cared for them like I knew them personally and given them the benefit of the doubt when everything did not seem to make sense. In return, we, their followers, who were genuinely concerned for Huxley, had our comments deleted, our accounts blocked, called as " trolls" and accused of not respecting Huxley's privacy. I will never understand.

Now that I have calmed down, I feel that they really did not want the burden of dealing with a child with special needs. Comparing Huxley to kids with worse special needs, he seems mild. I have seen videos on youtube of moms with kids with diagnoses worse than Huxley and they really try their best. These families did not even have a lot of money like the Stauffers but they survive and make it work. I saw a family with an adopted kid with RAD who was violent and all, temporarily sent to an institution for months but was not given up. If the medical professionals, social workers and therapists recommended that he needs more to meet his medical needs, they should've hired a nurse or therapist for in-home
Therapy for a few more years. I am not understanding why they did not fight for him to stay home. If it happened to one of their biological children, I am more than certain they will not allow this situation to happen.
I appreciate that they seem to want the best medical wise but they did not take into consideration the lasting trauma and abandonment issues Huxley will face.
In retrospect, I agree that they are not the right fit for Huxley but they never accommodated him. The addition of another kid made matters worse. It robbed him of focused time with his parents.
The timing of all this is also heartbreaking. We are in the middle of a pandemic where people are locked down in their homes spending time with their loved ones while Huxley was passed on from one family to the next, to find the "better fit".
I trust that he is with better people who would accept and love him the way he is. Myka said his new mommy is a medical professional- isn't Myka a medical professional?
I hope Huxley will recover from all this. He is a survivor for experiencing so much in all his four years on earth. Likewise, in two short years, he has captured the hearts of thousands of people who truly wishes him the very best this life can offer. Prayers to you Hux. God will be watching.

So Huxley has a new mommy, with medical professional training. Looks like they were told he was not a good fit to them.

Well, we will wait. Bottomline, it's Huxley that we are concerned about. We just want to know that he is not abandoned...again.
